Welcome to IBAC

We are the premier professional organization in California representing the global community of international financial service providers that have substantial international business. Members include offices of foreign-headquartered commercial banks, local domestic banks, internationally active investment and merchant banks, wealth management industry, insurance providers and technology companies. Members also include providers of legal, accounting and other professional services.

IBAC was organized in 1972 in San Francisco by a group of six bankers and quickly grew to reflect the global impact of foreign banking activity in California and the United States. Today, IBAC, a non-profit association, has members located all over California and is represented by a board of directors located in both Northern and Southern California.
