Mr. Doug Krause is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of East West Bank – one of the largest independent commercial banks based in California and the financial bridge between the United States and Greater China. He joined East West in 1996 and oversees corporate governance, corporate compliance, AML / OFAC and legal. Mr. Krause received his B.A. from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota and his juris doctor from Columbia Law School in New York.
